I am in process of filling out my citizenship file online but I am in India at this moment can i still fill out and complete my application online and apply for it

I have 1128 days of physical presence as of today

if so what date should I put in last date for return to Canada in physical presence column

To be able to submit your citizenship application, you'll need to be in Canada. So, once you are safely back on Canadian soil, fill in that date as "date of return" and submit the application

Unfortunately you can't. You need to be inside to file.

As others have pointed out, your last absence from Canada has not ended. Without misrepresentation, there is no way to fill the end date without physically coming to Canada, even if it is for a few days, submitting your application and leaving again. Also, you may want to follow some of the threads regarding applying and leaving Canada. It has implications on your PR because the processing time for overseas applicants seem to be significantly longer.
