My wife applying for her sister

Hello everyone, I need some clarification to get more chances for approval.
So my wife that is studing and working part time wants to invite her sister help her after the delivery of our baby
my sister in law is govement employer back home with minimal savings
will invite letter from my wife or from me will give more chances for approval?
Do I need to provide my financial support to my sister in law?
With a minimal savings will it work too?

She is coming to meet your new baby. Anything about help is work, and she doesn’t have a work permit.

Your sister-in-law has to show her own funds, travel history, ties to home country. So she needs to ask for a visit that fits her funds. She doesn’t want to use all her funds to come to Canada. So if she is coming for 3 weeks, she needs to show funds for airfare and spending. She wants to include an employment letter with approved leave to visit. Include any US, UK, AUS or NZ.

Your wife can write a letter of invitation. It should not mention helping. Your savings do not have to be considered but you can include NOA, bank statements if you choose.

When is your wife due and where does her sister live?

unfortunalty her savings are way too low it's around 3 or 4k, my wife due date is the end of may and her sister is from Morocco
