Status when applying for Super Visa

Hi,
I am waiting for my citizenship. My status currently is that of PR. Does it make any difference to my application (as in more chance to obtain the visa) if I apply for the Super Visa for my mother while on PR or best to wait for the citizenship?

You can apply now as long as you meet LICO for the number of people in your family, and your mother has purchased health insurance.
