1st PGWP - June 3, 2021 | Got expired - June 2, 2022
NOC B job - Feb 2, 2022 till present with 1683 hours.
Applied for open work permit - May 29, 2022 to maintain legal status, followed by Another application on Sep 29, 2022 after the PGWP rule was official.
I suggest you talk to an immigration lawyer as this is not a common situation. You applied to extend your work permit on sep 29 while on maintained status, I am not sure if that application could extend your maintained status. If you had to apply for restoration then you shouldn’t have been working at all after oct 30th, which will certainly render the subsequent work experience ineligible for EE. But again, seek profession opinions.

As a Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) holder with work permit number W305********, you may be eligible for a special facilitation measure under the PGWP Public Policy to allow you to stay and work in Canada.
If you are in Canada, in order to help you start working as soon as possible, IRCC has granted Post-Graduation Work Permit holders with an expiry date between September 20, 2021 and December 31, 2022 an interim work authorization which allows you to continue working in Canada until May 31, 2023.
My work hours is 40 hours a week. My HR has already provided me with a letter stating that I have worked more than 1683 hours. Also, Feb 2 would be my complete 1 year. I doubt that I would get the ITA based on current points. 1 year should be complete by the time I get ITA. Which could be Feb 8 or Feb 22
It doesn't matter what it's written on the letter. IRCC doesn't count anything above 30 hours. Only those are counted. You need 1560 hours over at least 52 weeks to be eligible (this is 30x52). No hour over 30 is counted.
