Confusion related to IMM 5406 form

Hi everyone,

I have received invitation for Federal Express Entry recently, after submitting documents i have received email to submit IMM 5406 from which means additional family info.
My question is, i have not applied PR for any of my family member and i am single, am i still eligible to fill this form or i have done mistake while submitting Federal Express Entry Application.

Any help will be appreciated.

Regardless of you have applied or not for them, you must fill that form and provide the information. Since you are single, you have to provide information about your Father, Mother and siblings. There is a section A, B & C in the form. Check that.
