Do I need to tell IRCC if I visit dubai while i'm on work permit and PR in CEC is in process?

Hello Everyone,

Right now, I'm on a post-grad work permit and applied for my PR (eAPR done ) under CEC class. Now while my PR is in process. I want to take a vacation from my company and want to visit Dubai for a week. So, do I need to tell IRCC about it after my vacation?
