Citizenship Ceremony- Not Started Status (since last 3 months)

Submitted my application on 22th of March 2022
They received it on 07th of Avril and started processing it
Took my test December 03 2022
Citizenship test Updated to Completed Dec 8 2022
Citizenship ceremony still Not Started

But when i submitted my application i found out that i made mistake somewhere , the question was City or Village : I answered differently from the city that listed on my Confirmation of Permanent Resident i put Village instead of City, do you guys think will cause me trouble getting my citizenship , but i contacted IRCC several times and all agents i spoke with they told me not to worry the agent who is dealing with my case with change it and if more documents needed will reach out to me

I did the same thing 3 years ago when I applied, nothing happened

My husband wrote his test Feb 2021, DM May 5th, his Oath ceremony was supposed to be today but then in the zoom meeting he was told this was an error and he should get a new invite soon.. and his online tracker has gone back to in progress for Background check on Jan 6th.. IRCC is just wasting people's times.. Covid has been a good excuse for them to delay everything.. Btw my husband applied in Feb 2021

Well it has been more than 6 months and now god knows how many more months he will have to wait.. 2 years since he initially applied and 11 months since he passed his test

That's so unfair. If he has reached DM stage and he was already at the oath ceremony, you'll think they'll just let him do the oath. Someone definitely invited him for the oath in the local office. Which office is this?

In my citizenship application, all steps shows completed. Only the oath ceremony showing has not started. Do you guys know how much time it takes from now to get the Oath ceremony?

After reading few messages, felt like posting my situation.

I have applied in May 2021 - Lovely

Citizenship test completed on June 2022 - wow - More than year waiting.

Feb 01 2023 - All activities marked completed - Amazing, I now see 2023 on my application.

Enjoying the waiting on Citizenship ceremony -

I was able to contact the customer support teams and they say I am still under processing times of 2 years which contradicts to processing times between test and ceremony which is supposed to be 3 months.

Enjoying the waiting on Citizenship ceremony -

I was able to contact the customer support teams and they say I am still under processing times of 2 years which contradicts to processing times between test and ceremony which is supposed to be 3 months.

You will get the Oath soon. It showed me completed and after 2 weeks, I got the Oath Ceremony

Hey, I Am in same board as you Right now. I took my test on 13 February 2023 and my application tracker status is updated my citizenship status as “COMPLETED”. But, my citizenship ceremony status show as “Not Started”. Does this mean I have to retake my citizenship test? This is really stressing me out.

I don't understand why that would mean you have to retake your test? My portal is the same and I completed my test in November. We just have to wait.

Did you finally get the oath invite? If so how long it took from all green to oath. I have been waiting for over two months now for oath..
