Hey guys, I finally heard about my infant son’s visitor visa. After 6 months of processing they have asked me to pay a fee for trp processing. I don’t understand because I applied for a trv. Has anyone else been in the same situation?

Wow...Congratulations. That means they have approved his visa on special grounds considering your situation. Can you tell me if you (parents of this child ) are canadian PR and this child was born outside canada ?

I am asking because i am in a similar and my sons TRV is refused.

Hello, yes I am a permanent resident and my child was born outside Canada. Maybe if you are permanent resident, you can apply for TRP.

Your sister’s application is still processed from where she lives, not where you live even if you are the representative. A rep is just to act and fill out on her behalf.
