Applied visitor visa for spouse from India with travel dates of 3 months. Spouse has valid Australia Visitor Visa. Also applied for Spouse PR sponsorship on 2nd Dec 2022. Waiting for AOR.

A 3 month visit was way too long with a spousal application submitted. Your spouse could not show any ties with such a long visit. IRCC knows she not visiting but coming to live. What ties did she show because few employers would give a 3 month vacation. And $24k for 3 months is not a lot of money either.
