Hello house. My sister applied for a visiting visa since August 2022 and to my surprise the status changed today to application withdrawn without requesting for a withdrawal. Please anybody experienced this before? What do we do? None of us initiated a withdrawal. Can cic withdraw without us requesting

Submit Webform explaining the situation. In this case they will correct their records themselves

The same with me. I made the application On July to represent my company on an international exhibition. They have only updated me twice and answered my one webform. It is frustrating.

Crazy. I wonder what improved process they are indicating in their statistics. Waiting for months for a visit is a little bit ridiculous.

way past ridiculous, it's appalling and an insult for being a paid service. Online processing is still saying 23 days.

Let's hope they will resume their normal operations soon, now that they have had a year to reduce the backlog.

I applied through GCKEY with my wife from Dubai, UAE for visiting as a purpose of tourism.

Application submission : 28th August 2022
Biometric Enrollment : 2nd September 2022
Eligibility start : 7th September 2022
BVL and PPR : 10th January 2023

Hope those are waiting you all get your decisions soon.

Only one Webform on 25th December letting them know that our hotel bookings are cancelled as our plan was to travel in December.

Hi Guys,

I have been a silent reader, however, now I want to share my application timeline.

Applied for a visitor visa via GC-Key in August 2022 from Spain

Application submission: August 14, 2022
Request for biometric: August 16, 2022
Biometric submission: August 19, 2022 (in Madrid, Spain)
eligibility review started on August 20, 2022

But still, I am waiting for the response. It is been getting so frustrating.
