No the background check is in processing . On October 20 we submitted police clearance certificate and Passport page copy. And after that there is no update

Usually the longest part of the process. Could be up to over a year. Impossible to say and partially dependent on where they are from. Not uncommon for parents to need to repeat medicals because it takes so long. PGP is basically the lowest priority for processing.
For PGP and recently? Background checks and PCC are not the same so it will be dependent if background checks are already started and when they were started. Every application is different so impossible to base your application on others. There are so many variabilities when it comes to PGP applications. They could get PPR in 3 months but could be many more months.
Would be really funny if they send you PPR before 2019 applicants. But I can see people who submitted in October 2021 got their PPR December 2022. We submitted November 2022. So can I hope next month will I get PPR?
I saw lot of people 2020 pool And Submitted application at October 2021 got their PPR last Month. I checked my people's timeline last month got PPR and submitted October 2021. So I guess it would not be funny Brother
That is a small fraction of applicants so would not count on the exact same timeline. I am sure there are others still waiting with a similar timeline. All you can do is wait and see.
If that is the case if you submitted in Nov 2022 that would mean you should expect PPR in December 2023.
