My name on education certificate does not have a surname. Although after marriage, I now have surname. Questions are:

1. Should I file my WES application without a surname?
2. What should the WES profile be created as? With or without a surname?
3. Should I file my application with university without surname (since degree does not have a surname)?

WES will issue the certificate with the same name as your university certificate. You can mention your name with the surname but WES take the same name as the education certiifcates in consideration.

Not much. It is not a big deal until and unless your passport have your surname. Mine was also like that got the PR.

Start your application. While doing it insert your full name with your surname
