I am completing my 3-year experience on June 2023 (which will boost my score to 511CRS), however, I was wondering if I will be receiving (or somehow could receive) an ITA on April 2023 (2 months earlier than completing 3 years)? I know that I have 60 days to submit my application after ITA, so I will only click submit after receiving the 3 years (June 2023). The reason for asking this is that the Express Entry system is changing and I would like to secure my ITA before the change.

Below are the work experience dates that I will be entering in Express Entry (FSW):

Experience 3: Full Time 1, 2020-09 - Present
Experience 2: Paid Intern 2, 2019-07 to 2019-09 (during the final year of an undergraduate degree)
Experience 1: Paid Intern 1, 2019-05 to 2019-07. (during final year of undergraduate degree)

A11.2 requires you to meet the requirement at the time of both ITA and AOR. In practice they usually allow it if you are a few days short at ITA and submit after you reach the number of years you claim. Do it at your own risk.

But its a drawback of the system as it only considers months of work experience
