CIT0520 for PCC

Guys, I got request for a new PCC this morning. I am not sure if I need to request new PCC or resend the old one. My situation is as under:-

Date for which PCC is requested is date I became PR to 1-AUG-2022 (date I signed application).

I did provide them PCC with my application as I lived in US for 183 days and provided PCC that was issued to me on 20-JUL-2022. I thought that would be good as instruction says it should be after my last visit to US and not beyond 6 months old from signature date. Can you please let me know if i need to request new PCC ?

FYI, I left US in 2019 and never went back.

I think we are not required to provide PCC if we never stayed outside of Canada for more than 183 days since becoming PR of Canada. I had the same scenario with my country of Origin (India) and I have provided my explanation as to why I won't be providing PCC and also attached my PCC which I obtained for PR. I got my AOR on Dec 19. After how many days from your AOR they have requested? Did you provide them the explanation when submitting your application?

Just to be safe, I submitted another fingerprint for FBI PCC today morning. Lets see what happens next

If I understand correctly, only 10 days gap between what is the PCC you submitted and what they are asking for?

I am not sure, they just mentioned that I need to submit PCC without specifying which country, why, etc.

I am guessing its those 10 days but not sure
