Citizenship ceremony: not started.

Not sure of difference between BG and Prohibitions, if anyone pls share details. Also, how far they go back to verify this records?

Congrats. How did you get the invite for the e-Certificate Pilot. Was it along with the oath invite or was it a separate email. If a separate email, when did you get it?

Thank you. It was in October and before receiving the invitation for citizenship test. Below is part of the email. I guess it's a random selection.
"Your citizenship application has been selected for the e-Certificate Pilot. This pilot project is part of the on-going initiative to modernize and digitize the Citizenship Program. Your participation in this pilot is completely voluntary. Being selected to participate in the pilot does not mean that your application has been approved or granted, or that the application process will be expedited as a result of your participation. However, your participation will allow you to choose the format of the citizenship certificate you may receive. If you do not respond back to IRCC within 9 days to inform us of your Citizenship certificate format preference, your citizenship certificate will default to a paper format."

You should be able to print the certificate and use it to apply.

You are lucky my office is Vancouver too and i applied on jan 3. All of my status were completed on December 5 but the oath not started and it sucks man waiting for that long

You will receive invitation soon. Vancouver office moves pretty fast in past few months.

my oath was scheduled earlier for Jan5th 2023 and after their system glitch and manual update on Dec 17th my oath ceremony is now Jan 17th. i still dont know what happened. send a webform and as usual no one responded.
