Spouse Resident Visa Outside Canada

Hi,

I got my PR from Alberta via PNP process. But I am still waiting for pr card and I am in Quebec now.
And my spouse is coming on a resident visa means she will be getting landing paper at the airport.

So wanted to ask can my wife come directly to Quebec without any trouble means can she tell immigration officer at airport that she is going to Quebec and give Quebec address for PR card.
Or she should say she is going to alberta And give alberta address.
