For additional guidance on processing TR applications from family members, refer to Occupation-restricted open work permit under Home Child Care Provider Pilot or Home Support Worker Pilot – Category A applicants [R205(a) – C90] – International Mobility Program. ]
for :

but for the 2020 applicants, the public policy https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/mandate/policies-operational-instructions-agreements/public-policies/caregivers-permanent-residence.html
- Processing temporary residence applications for family members
- Dependent family members eligible for an open work permit

. I hope you can help me. During Sept 2019 application, 3 dependents are 17, 18 and 20 yrs old. PPR received Oct 2022 principal, spouse and 3 dependents. Those 17 & 18 yrs old (19 & 20 yrs old) have existing study permit inside Canada as international student while 20yrs (23 yrs old now) openwork permit. My question is can those 2 dependents with existing study permit be able to apply for an open work permit inside Canada instead of SP?Here is the complete explanation of the process for dependents:
