Thank you so much again cher Amie! So i read the link, but the main problem is that they sent me an email on may telling me that my PR was cancelled, when i tried to find out why ,an agent told me that it might be a mistake and i received after an other email saying that my application was not on the system yet and that i have to be patient....The other problem is that i never received an email of confirmation about the PR, just the receipt for payment, and after reading the link i saw that they want that.

Actually i also have marco work permit which is expiring in april . I m trying to extend it . But some consultant saying i m not eligible to extend it under tr to pr . Thats why i asked u . So i can apply myself .

Criminality: in process since Mar 2022
Info Sharing: Done in Mar 2022
Medical: Pass, but expired
Bio: done way before applying

Hey, have you gotten a refund on your processing fees? I need to get my processing fees back for at least my 2 visitor visa applications.

Didn’t want to sound rude, hope you didn’t take it otherwise. Yes, you can apply & you’re eligible as your pr application is still processing

Hello Cher Amie, thank you again for the link.
I red everything, the only issue is that i never got the email of confirmation, just the receipt of payment....I dont think i can apply that way.

Guys I am in desperate need of help. So my situation is:-

I have applied in TR to PR but haven't received AOR yet. My PGWP is expiring in 11 months:-


1) Should I apply new PGWP now as its expiring in 11 months or need to wait for 6 months when my permit will be left with just 4 months of expiration.

2) I wish to visit my home country. What if I get ADR while I am in India. I know that for PR portal they wait to return but can we submit ADR forms from INDIA?


Please advice
