Right now first time applicants are longer and it’s like a 25months. I did second application and everything was done including pr card received in 15months and it was my second H&C

Yes it can my sister got her decision in a year it’s her second application

For repeat application - yes. Our 3rd application took 6 months to get copr, and another 6 months for PR card. Their printer broke down and there was a huge backlog of PR cards. Now it takes much faster.

@tony4454 The photos are in soft copies, I took it at staples and the said the file already contained all those info that I just need to upload it. They saved it in a flash for me since it’s an online application.
