What should be my next move ?

Hi ! My situation is a Little complicated, i applied for study permit extension but it's not extended yet. just graduated and finished my program. So i don't really know which will be the first step..... should i apply for the pgwp? Or I need to wait?


Will I be able to work full time when my application is in applied status? I have all my documents ready but im a bit confused.

When did you applied? Your course duration was 1 year? The current processing time for study permit applications made from inside Canada is 4 weeks.
You can't work after course completion date unless your SP extension application is approved or you apply for PGWP.

It’s been 4 months. What do you mean ? I won’t be able to work if Ii apply for work permit? Every one is working while there pgwp is in applied status

You can work full-time after you apply for PGWP.

In november 22, canada government allowed all students to work full time for one year because of workforce shortage. You can work now as your study permit continues while you wait for extension.
