Hello, I am working as Assistant Manager at Tim Hortons. I am confused about that, am I supposed to supply in TEER - 0 (Noc - 60030) - Restaurant assistant manager OR TEER - 2 (Noc - 62020) - Food service supervisors.

You match your job duties to the NOC, not title. TEER 0 are executives.
