Sorry for the confusion. I just noticed recently all draws are no program specific (including people from PNP), so if there are more people from PNP joining the pool in the last 4 weeks, then the next cut off will be higher right? Those people had additional 600 points to their profiles.
PNP makes up a fairly low percentage of invites every draw, especially with the original draw sizes being restored. The bulk of high scores are coming from FSW and CEC profiles. The next cutoff will verty obviously be higher, but that's owing mostly to the two missed draws. Even if PNPs make the bulk of high scores this time around, one draw will flush out the 1000+ scores and the score will fall back into the 500-510 range very quickly.
To put it another way, yes scores will be higher. There may be a temporary spike into the mid 500s, but it will drop to the low 500s very quickly if draws are held consistently.
