Submitted study permit application 2021 November. It was refused March 2022, sought judicial review and succeeded. Asked to resubmit so it be assigned to another Visa officer and the updated documents submitted again 6 June, 2022. Noticed that it was undergoing eligibility in August 10 2022 and didn't receive response from IRCC. On 29 Dec, 2022 IRCC requested again to resubmit updated documents within a week. These were resubmitted again on 5 December, 2022. As of today 1 January 2023, no response from IRCC. Paid for one year tuition & GIC while second year in my account tendered. Has anyone seen this before and what advice for me on approval possibility, and anticipated time range?.
