How to quickly find a software engineer job in Vancouver or Toronto to get PNP?

Currently I am looking for a front end engineer job in Vancouver or Toronto. I mainly go to the job board to look for companies. It really takes time and not many opportunities. I wonder if any faster way to get the software engineer job that can sponsor PNP. Any suggestions? Thanks.

There is no faster way. You need to apply through job boards or through employer sites directly.

Plus in your job search, you need to find an employer eligible for the PNP program, willing to go through the process and support your nomination. For BC, employer needs to prove they could not hire anyone in Canada.
