OUTLAND SPOUSE SPONSORSHIP APPLICATION
After medical results were uploaded on the IRCC portal on Nov 11th, 2022, we received 3 ghost updates, the last update was on Dec 06, 2022. NO UPDATE ON THE APPLICATION YET
So I am wondering how can I check the VO for my application. Is it something IRCC confirm with you by email?

Got our eCoPR today!! One year, one month, and two days after we applied. Now, just the PR card is left. SO glad we're at the end.
This is 100% true! Even if other people's experience is that background check or eligibility or pre-arrival is xxx days away from PPR, that doesn't mean it's the same for you. Our background check changed from NOT STARTED to COMPLETED. Which means they simply forgot to update the tracker I guess?
