SK PNP OID stream and Federal Express Entry

Hi guys,
SK website mentioned that we can submit application to only one stream, either express entry or OID category. My question is about federal express entry. Can I submit federal express entry EOI profile and same time SK OID EOI?

No. You apply to EE or OID.
