Made a mistake in Visa application (Name)

Hi,

i have made a mistake in online application

I entered my full name(first& Last name) in Family name section and left given name blank. But in my passport i hav family name and given name separately

i raised a webform to correct my name and attached passport as supporting document. After a month i received a reply stating my documents have been attached to my file.

i got passport submission request. But im so worried wether the changes has been taken place in my file?
And will they print the same name displayed in passport?

can someone advice?

Wait till you get the passport back as you had raised webform and informed them about your mistake so hopefully they will write the correct name on your counterfoil as per your passport however if u find any mistake on your counterfoil then this can be rectify easily n u just have to inform visa office

Yes through webform or you can email to your visa office but I'm sure you won't face any issue

Wanted to know the status of about your name update process. How should I proceed?
