Newborn visit visa

AoA,
I need some information regarding Newborn visit visa.
Here is my case for better understanding
Me and my husband were about to travel to Canada on Nov 23rd on SOWP and study permit respectively.

I was expecting but due to some complications, the baby delivered on Nov 21st (2 days before our departure ) and i had to stay here in Pak and my husband left for Canada.
Now we want to apply for our Newborn visit visa,
But we do not have sufficient information

1)What documents are required?
2) Does our baby need Medical?
3) What to write in SOP?
4)Do we need to create a GC key of our newborn name or my husband's account can be used to apply ?
5)How to expedite the process since visit visa application processing time is about 7 month.

1. Passport, birth certificate. Information on IRCC site.
2. Not unless asked.
3. Travelling with family as spouse is on study permit.
4. Use through same GC key with separate application.
5. No way to expedite. Everyone wants their application expedited.

We were told by a consultant to create his account and authorise his father
What about new ircc portal to apply from that...

You can do that. You can apply from either portal. Other can comment on the difference and if it makes any difference in processing times.
