It depends on your file. Each lawyer has its own prices, but it will be more than 3000$+the application fees

Guys. I got my AIP this morning. I pray that whoever is also waiting for their AIPs will receive it soon. My time line is below. :

AOR : Dec 7 2021
AIP : Dec 15 2022.
Best interest of children and establishment .
Failed refugee.
4 years in Canada

Was attending removal interviews.

But our CBSA officer was changed and the new one was very nice and told us she would write immigration to ask about our H&C when we went for interview this earlier week.

May God help us all and perfect it for everybody

If it’s a open work permit you want it will cost you 255…

If you have AIP, you don't have to pay, its free.

I was able to speak with an agent and he told me the following
AIP since JULY 4,2022.
ELIGIBILITY : PASSED
SECURITY : PASSED
MEDICAL: PASSED
CRIMINALITY: In progress
INFORMATION SHARING: COMPLETE.

Please advise guys.

Everything is passed on my file except Criminality check which is still in progress.
