Mantained status LMIA

I applied for a WP thru LMIA in February 2022 (LMIA approved and expired in October 2022) and I received the confirmation of submission back in February but I'm not sure if I'm on Maintained status. Can someone advise me how to fin out? I did it with a immigration consultant that doesn't communicate really well

We can't really tell you because we don't know what your consultant did and because it sounds like you don't know the status of the application.

What was your status in Canada previously?
When did you previous status in Canada end / expire?
Did you apply for a WP or a WP extension?
Do you have access to the application? Do you know it's still in progress?

I had a study/work permit and expired right before applying for a WP. I don't have access to it and I only know is still in progress.
I don't have much information, I'm just wondering if maintained status starts right when I apply for a WP.

If your study/work permit expired right before applying for a WP then you are out of status.
