I have more than a year of experience in retail. 10 months as Team Lead lead (NOC B) and I got promoted to Assistant Manager (NOC A) and it has been 5 months. At the same company.
Can I use this for points in Express Entry?
Or should it be over a year under the same NOC?

Is this for CEC or FSW? If for FSW, you need one year of continuous skilled work experience in one NOC.

If all the work experience is in Canada, then it is good and you can qualify under CEC.

Yes, they are two separate work experiences since they are under different occupations.
