Since then, I haven't heard from IRCC and my program starts Jan 2023. please what do I do?

Check out the latest processing time of study permit outside Canada, if it has been more than that, raisa a webform.

Alright thanks. Yesterday made it 9weeks. The current processing time states 9weeks so should I go ahead to raise a web form?

I applied on 2nd Oct, 2022. Got my PPR on 30th Nov and I submitted my passport on 2nd Dec but I’ve not received my passport from VFS and not a mail since then apart from the acknowledgment mail.
Please anyone in this current situation??

Ps: I applied from Nigeria and my passport submission was at VFS Abuja.

Ask your school about latest day to withdraw and defer your studies.

You can raise a webform but will most likely take 30 days+ for a response. Talk to the school about last day to drop without penalty and deferral ooptions.

I raised a webform about my application and got a response in just 15 days.

You are lucky. The issue for the @Moon angel is that program starts in January, and IRCC offices will be closed for several days over the holidays that is why I said 30+ days.

Please send IRCC web form....and keep following up with them. It will come sooner than you think
