Statuses reverted?

A friend had everything on his citizenship app marked as completed except oath. Suddenly everything reverted back as if he didn't take the test in the first place. Has anyone heard of this happening? I'm assuming its a glitch or something.

Same here. Everything was done and now all updates are gone. I'm not concerned specifically considering I'm not the only one seeing this. I bet it's a glitch on their system.

Same thing happened to me. I had finished the test on November 11, now it shows as "Not Started".

Same-thing happened to me as well, test revered completed to not started and there is a star as new update. so it’s a glitch probably.

Phew. My partner and I had everything completed on Friday except the oath and today it's all at "In Progress." Hoping it's not too big of a glitch.

Same here...I was just waiting for Oath invite and today everything shows 'In progress' and shows waiting for fingerprints which I had submitted 2 months ago.

Out of curiosity, what is your timeline? I’m waiting to hear about my oath but nothing yet.
