technical issue after ITA

Cannot continue application after ITA. Anyone has the same issue? How can I solve this problem?
Every time after pressing " continue application'' button, turning to the page of ' our online services are currently down'...

At which point do you get the message?

How long do you have left to submit your application? Hopefully this gets resolved soon. I just checked and we can access our application.
