Thank you for the advice, but decided to send only bio pages as requested on the form. yolo.....im in no hurry. Will update if I get my AOR or any complications because of this.
Hey, did you receive your AOR? I did the same thing and online doesn't ask for all pages so I uploaded exactly what the portal was asking for.

hopefully they didnt take an early holidays vacation :-(

if in few days no background complete, we will have to wait untill january :-(

They work like a turtle. I will appreciate them if they make BG completed even in January!

Application sent: Sept 29, 2022
Delivered: October 1, 2022
AOR: October 17, 2022

I am unable to create an account for Application Tracker. Getting the following error:

"Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet."

My application never mentioned the Use of a Representative. Is there anyone else with the same issue? Or does anyone know how to resolve this?

Web form or calling did not help.

A few people are having the same issue.
I got my AOR Oct 19, still the same error as you are seeing.

Today one of August applicants (Paper application AOR 29 of August) received Test invite. I think it is so close for September AORs to BG complete and Test invitation. You can start to read the book!
its going to be year end holidays by the time September application turns comes up. Most likely we will see Sep applications starting to see movement when offices open back up in Jan
