Refusal of Express Entry Application due to Marriage Certificate

Hello, My wife's PR application was refused within 20 days of submission stating Marriage certificate is not valid. Though we stated in LOE that we are under process of getting a Marriage certificate and uploaded a temporary certificate given by Marriage Officiant.
Is there any chance they can re start our application or do we have to make a new EE file again?

If your CRS is good enough for new ITA, get a new EE. There are very low chances of re-instate and it will take couple of months atleast before you get a response from IRCC.
