Need assistance for ECA - IQAS - Pakistan

Hi,

I am planning to pursue my master's in Canada and want to get ECA done from IQAS, but I can't go for HEC attestation as I m not in Pakistan, is there any other way in which IQAS can consider my education document and give me ECA? if I upload scan copies of my degree and transcript without HEC attestation will they consider it?

No, they will assess the docs sent by your Uni only.
