submitted my details on portal on Dec 1st 2022, and now waiting for ecopr. any idea on recent timelines>?

Submitted my photo and address on December 09. no ecopr yet. I sent them email but they replied saying that it is in the queue for virtual landing and currently there is a delay in processing
