Hi,
I want to know if the supervisa application is submitted online through IRCC portal can they still visit us in Canada if they have valid visitor visa since currently I'm pregnant and would like to have their support while waiting for the supervisa



Below is the timeline when I applied for my parents
Application submitted 24th Nov 2022
Medical done 24th Nov 2022
Biometric Request 25 th Nov 2022
Biometric appointment 1st Dec 2022

I think they can visit but when they get the passport request for super visa that time they have to be in their home country.they have to travel back even.if u decide to bring them on regular visitor visa. Because super visa can only happen from home country

Did you apply from inside of Canada? on website says it has to be from outside Canada.

I applied online from IRCC portal on their behalf, they did all their medical and biometrics from India. their application is submitted online from outside Canada

I have the same situation, but still can not find the answer. If a parent is in Canada, how it possible to apply from outside of Canada?

Hi there. My parents has visitor visa and they are in Canada now. But we want them to apply for super visa when they go back. But I want to if they could travel while waiting for decision in super visa to canada with visitor visa. Please let me know thank you
