Thank you, I wrote the test in Oct, and the IRCC agents informed me it was completed at their end the very next day, but it doesn't show completed at my end (due to a technical error). I guess it's not the most important glitch for them to resolve. However, am not sure if other updates will show on my profile or not. Physical Presence, Prohibition and Language shows 'in progress. Thus trying to figure out if this is something I need to keep calling IRCC over or just wait and watch for the email.

Any paper application still awaiting a decision after tests completed? Our tests were completed in June, and didn't hear anything afterwards. One ghost update was on October 25, but nothing changed. Any idea what could be the reasons? Should I be worried now?

After waiting for 9 months with no updates, got a surprise today morning with 2 updates in one go.

But I never received any email regarding the test scheduling which could tell me which office is processing my application.

I am waiting. Everything else was completed on Nov 11th except oath not started. Hoping to hear back soon.

The email is sent from IRCC.DNSCRCitizenshipe-Apps-DemandesenligneCitoyenneteSCRRN.IRCC@cic.gc.ca email address. Is this Scarborough office?

Same for me - everything was marked as completed on Nov 16, the update showed up on the account on Nov 24. I guess some applicants with a similar timeline received the oath invite and some didn’t. It’s not possible to predict the timeline, so we just gotta wait. Hopefully we’ll get our oath invite some time this month!
