You can't pick and choose. You're at least 3 people ( you + mom + dad) and if your parents have any dependent aka anyone under 22 you must count them. If you are married you must count your spouse. The total family size is not negotiable and you must meet the minimum income requirements via Tax refund/NOA proof for all 3 years.

Hi, I got an an invitation on oct13,2022 and with the series CTXX-XXXXX. I have a question regarding family income as we have a newborn in 2022. I got the invite for my parents, so total 4 as of now new total is 5 but considering the 2019-2021 notice of assessment it should be 4 ?
Yes moving forward you're a family of 5.
The new baby will only count from the year they were born forward i.e. baby is born 2022.
So you must meet the income for 5 from 2022 and maintain it till the sponsored lands.
2022 till application is completed 5 (you + spouse + mom + dad + baby)
2021, 2020, etc... 4 (you + spouse + mom + dad)
Applied on Nov 5 and received an email on December 1. We are asked to send the form via email or mail within 30 days from the day email was sent.

I submitted my parents PGP file on 31 Oct 2022,
Cic sent me email too to resubmit IMM 5406 and IMM5476 with hand written sign.
They said in letter for me to send them documents in given EMAIL only in letter. DO NOT touch PR portal .
I didn’t get any acknowledgment email yet after sending them docs on 1Dec 2022.
Let me know if you have any thing to share
In my case none of the submitted forms have hand written signatures/dates but was asked to send only use of representative form. We will be sending in few days time, will update on it.

Question on IMM 5669 Section C Education ( Its mentioned in checklist 5771, a) it must be complete (including no gaps in time for education and personal history in section C and D) .
My question is with regard to education.
My mother has education has a gap after the higher secondary school.
1954/01 to 1963/10 Matriculation completed.
After this there is a gap for the next higher secondary school which started in

what should i fill in between 1963/11 to 1967/12, is this considered a gap? she doesnt have the gap within the degree. however there is a gap in starting another level of education. Please reply

you put exactly what you added here ,and add a letter of explanation ( as an example didnt proceed in education during this period ,or employed during this period )

3 years is very little. Most wait for longer. If insurance costs are too expensive you should be aware that you will be responsible for even potentially larger costs as the guarantors and even if they are able to get WPs they could still have substantial costs. For example if your parents need to go into longterm care during the first 20 years after PGP approval you will be responsible for a monthly bed fee of 1-1.5k/month plus other personal expenses. Many things are also only partially covered or not covered at all under provincial healthcare. Canada doesn’t have full Medicare it is really partial Medicare. Given that they have been in Canada for 3 years and are only planning on returning for a short visit to their home country and they are close to retirement age getting a WP may be very difficult. There will be minimal proof that they will return home after their WP expires or ties to their home country. Do they have specialized knowledge and very good English or French language scores? Do they have a ba ground in one of the skills needed?
