Hi,
I am Product Manager and just wondering if my NOC comes under sales / Marketing category.

Also , I am filling up form and have question.
I started as Research Scientist and I learned skills of Product Manager while working on one of the projects. And now I am working as Product Manager. I do not have any qualifications related to that. So what should I write in “Primary Occupational experience “ while filling up form.

Hi,

While selecting the NOC code, you should focus on the job duties more rather than focusing on the job title. Keep in mind that designation structure varies from company to company, but nature of job duties remains same.

Therefore, only select the NOC code that aligns with your job duties more than 55%.

Dp we need reference letters from all the employers we have worked with or the recent ones are sufficient?

Yes, you need to provide reference letter for all the work experience(s) that you're claiming the points for.
