Thanks,
1. 4-6 week visit? That is a long visit. Their parents need to show funds (not you) to support such a long visit.
2. So they are coming to study not for vacation. What type of courses for 6 & 12 year olds?
3. Their parents need to show their bank accounts and funds. If they can’t then it will seem like the kids will not return home. Who is travelling with the children to Canada?
4. Bank accounts of parents, their school leave with paid tuition (need to show they will return home)

Can’t say chances but they are minors coming to Canada without their parents so IRCC may wonder why.

Thank you for reply. i will answer your questions:
1. there are course ( International language summer course) for 3-6 weeks. we have to choose the time period. these course for 6-15 years age.
2. Minor or less than 6 months course, doesn't need the study visa
3. Their parents doesn't have enough income. I have good job with payment. and they can travel alone. i can provide the custodian letter.
4. Their parent has good bank deposit but don't have full time job. School letter , they can get it.
5. If i sponsor them on my expense. is it possible ? and how much do i have to show for sponsor their trip?

What airline allows a 6 year old to travel unaccompanied? Most international travel, you must be at least 8.

Never said they need a study visa but their parents must show the funds, not you. You say they have a good bank deposit so they need to show funds for air travel, insurance and $1-2k per week. If parents can only afford 3 week visit then that is what they apply with. They want to have ample funds so not spending all their money on travel to Canada. You can provide a letter of invitation. No such thing as sponsorship.

No point in signing up for a language course until approved. What will be their reasons to travel alone? You are not their immediate or extended family.

I will be very surprised if the visitor visa is approved in this case. Who sends their kid alone abroad at that age for international language course? In any case parents need their own income to be able to fund the trip.

This whole thing just sounds so damn fishy. I am finding it very difficult to give benefit of doubt to the intentions of visa application in this case.

Agree. Parents have no funds and letting their 6-year-old travel alone to take an ESL course. No airline will let a 6-year-old travel unaccompanied.

OPs post history shows that he had tried applying for a super visa for the younger nephew 3 years back when he was 3 years old. Kid's parents were going to write a temporary custody letter for OP's parents to take kid with them. This alone shows me that the intention is not a short visit. It has been modified as the previous attempt at a longer visa failed.

Ah...kids getting the visa will be extremely difficult. OP even knows that courses under 6 months do not require a study permit. Kids cannot live in Canada and go to school. IRCC will raise many raise flags for children coming to Canada without their parents and to take a course with no money. If already tried for a supervisa with a custody letter for his nephew, then IRCC has a file in the system.

OP if you are serious about bringing these children to come to Canada, then find a school, pay international fees and have the parents file for study permits. They will need to show around $50k per year for both kids.

Thanks Every one for reply. I don't have any wrong indentation to call my nephews in Canada. if they get the visa, they can spend there summer vacation with my family. i can afford their trip and i know, they cannot live without their parent for long time.

My parent had super visa and it expired. i applied again with all documents. i know, i cannot add those kids with my parent super visa.
Thanks every one reply.

Right but a 6 year old cannot travel unaccompanied so most likely will be refused. Unfortunately your affording their trip is not relevant. You can try.

My two cents is to apply for the 12 year old but not the 6 year old. Beyond the complexities of travel for an unaccompanied 6 year old, this is a very young age to be traveling across the globe without your parents. It doesn't really make sense IMO. Travel for a child this age only really makes sense with the parents.

Hello Guys,

I do have some queries regarding visitor visa for my Brother and his family (wife & 2 kids)

Kids are studying in India . Do they need to add any certificate from school(kind of approval letter to visit Canada) ?

Is Marriage certificate mandatory ? or they can attach affidavit with passport copies having spouse names on it ?

They want to visit for 2 weeks and planning to show around 25k . Is this amount sufficient ?

Showing kids school registration and paid tuition show that they will return. Is the $25K all in cash?
