Is there any way to inquire on status of application prior to AOR? Application was received Sept 14 and still no AOR yet. Frustration levels are rising

I'm sorry you don't have an AOR yet... It can be very frustrating. Unfortunately, it's hard to track it before AOR. I wonder why it's taking them so long...

Can you check your spam directories for e-mails ending in 'cic.gc.ca' just to make sure? What does your online application portal say?
You could try giving them a call and see in case your AOR went to spam and got deleted...

Hopefully, you'll get your AOR soon!

I applied family application with a 4 year old. I got my AOR within a week but still haven't received AOR for my spouse and kid.

If one person in the family get's AOR, everyone should get it. There is zero chance of partial application returns.

Check your spam folders for emails from 'cic.gc.ca'... If it's too late and your spam directory is empty, best bet is to call IRCC and get the Application numbers over the phone

We have checked the spam folders etc. And raised webform too but you know how webform works

When I log into the application portal it says we have received your application and we WILL send the AOR when we have reviewed.

I see! Your best bet would be to call IRCC and see if they have opened a file for you...

I believe even after receiving AOR the application portal continues to show the same page... Maybe someone else can chime in

Calling IRCC to get your dependents application numbers is the best bet...

Just press the options to check the application status and it will redirect you to an agent

Yes that is AOR with your application number on top.
