Is e medical test renewal required after receiving study visa for canada

Hello All,
I got my e medical done initially on 31-12-2021 but I got study visa approved for Jan 2023 and I will be travelling in Jan 2023. My e medical will be expiring on 31-12-2022, Now since I will be travelling after this date should I get my e medical test again. Kindly suggest me.
