Hey everyone,
I am so sorry for not replying.

It was withdrawn and no issues after that. I got my citizenship back in Oct 2021. I didn't have to submit anything as I was not convicted. I went back home as well (Not VIA US), but I had no issue. I guess arrest is not a problem unless you are convicted/you have a criminal record.

I just wanted to confirm if the charges were withdrawn through peace bond/diversion program or without doing any diversion or peace bond?
And have you tried sponsoring anyone after that?

No, it was just withdrawn during our court session. We justified that it was a misunderstanding as we are from a different culture and it happens in our culture. Nothing else was needed.

I actually got married to her, so I am in a process of sponsoring her.
