Hello everyone
My spouse and I came into Canada 2019 as refugees and both decisions (hearing and appeal)were denied so we were called by CBSA that we do qualify for PPRA we’ve submitted all the necessary documents and she told us we do qualify to apply for H&C because we have a child born here.We applied for that and we received a call from immigration officer that we do not need to submit any other documents now the next stage is for them to do criminality check.could this be a positive outcome? Thank You

Sorry we have not received AIP .we only got the call from immigration that our application has been moved to the next stage that’s the criminality’s stage and they don’t need any other documents from us

I guess you will receive a good news. Sometimes when the immigration officer is good and PRRA goes well, they have the authority to speed up your process. From what you have stated above, pray and wait for your succes news. Congratulations in advance

AIP : Jun 11,2022
We sent you medical instructions on Jul 04, 2022. To avoid delays, please provide us the information requested in the letter as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Medical results have been received.
PR approval : Oct 26,2022
cinfirmed photo and adress : Oct 27,2022
ECOPR : Nov 21,2022
