Age - 43

IELTS - 6.5
Married and have one kid

I would highly recommend you re-take the IELTS to maximise your points for language. 6.5 is rather low, are you able to keep studying until you reach a higher band score?

Also consider higher education options, seems you have a lot of potential to increase your score but it might take time (and money!).

Yes, but the issue is my age - 43.

Honestly that score is too low even for PNP. Your age males it difficult if you don’t have masters, and French and English. Even then don’t know if score would increase enough.

But like to know, about the job possibilities. Do Canadian companies offer jobs to international candidates? Specially from India with work PR?

So you mean a work permit? This doesn’t guarantee PR. Your age will still be an issue. So you need to find a job.

You need a job offer and your employer needs to file for and pay $1k for a LMIA. The LMIA shows that no Canadian or PR could be hired, only you. Then with LMIA, you apply for a closed work permit. For the permit, you show that you are experienced to do the job. Few employers go through the long process.
