Helo,

Quick question. I have a full time, permanent (no end date) job in Ontario. I've been working with the company for over 2 years which gives me 2 years work experience. I want to know if I have to answer 'YES" or "NO" to having a job offer in Ontario.

Technically I work with the company, so i'm not sure what to put.

Also, my Job is LMIA exempt.

Having an open work permit doesn't make your job LMIA-exempt. Your employer needs the LMIA for you to claim the 50 points for a job offer.

Hello.

So, just to make it clear, if I already have been working in Canada for over a year, and I still have that same job, then I need to answer NO when asked if I have a job offer in Canada, right?
Because, if I already have a job, then I don't have a job offer, right?

Depends what kind of work permit you have.
