Degree certificate for WES

Hello, I have completed my masters and sent my official transcript to WES for evaluation and they acknowledged they received it. The problem is that WES is now asking for degree certificate which I will get next year on my graduation. I have uploaded a testimonial from the university that I have completed the course with the grades and the awarded class given to me. Will that be ok or will they ask for the degree certificate since I wont receive them until next year. Thanks

Yes for the ECA you need it. So you had to wait until it is issued. As far as I know you get the transcript and completion certificate together.

I know but the issue here is that I already completed my postgraduate degree in July and it is the university who is delaying to issue the certificate. They only provided me with the final transcript and a testimonial. My WES application status changed to ‘we are analysing and evaluating your documents’. Hopefully I get a positive answer. One year back my friend had his ECA with his transcripts only.
